Rob is a lifelong resident of the Grand Rapids, MI area. A graduate of Davenport University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing, Rob has been involved in professional selling since 1985. Prior to the start of his promotional products career in 1998, he sold for CW Mills Paper Company and Cintas Corporation.
Rob became a dealer of Kaeser & Blair, Inc. in 2004. Currently, Glessner Promotional Agency is ranked among the top 1% of all dealers in the 3,000+ Kaeser & Blair independent dealer network - a testimony to the loyalty of Glessner's clientele.
Professionally, Rob gains his greatest satisfaction in helping his clients attain their branding and identity objectives as well as recruiting and mentoring Kaeser & Blair authorized dealer associates located around the country.
Outside of work, Rob spends his time out of doors pursuing his interests in hunting, fishing, gardening, skiing, and hiking. He has two school aged children and resides in the beautiful wooded hills of Belmont, MI.
Diane has over fifteen years of experience in human resources management and development. Diane has a dual degree in business and communications from Aquinas College as well as a Masters of Art degree in Human Resource Development from Western Michigan University.
Diane joined Glessner to widen her circle of influence and to help businesses with their employee performance needs through the effective use of incentive and recognition programs.
Diane is highly creative and prides herself with the ability to develop effective solutions for motivating, recognizing, and rewarding employees.
Pamela gets things done for Glessner, behind the scenes, at the Kaeser & Blair home office. Pamela is instrumental in making sure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Her expert industry knowledge, ten years of supplier relationships, and attention to detail insures that all client orders are delivered correctly, on-time, EVERY TIME!!
Pamela has been married to Dave for 18 years and they have two sons, a cat and 24 dogs. Away from the office, Pamela is a Nascar fan, loves to read, but spends most of her time driving somewhere.
